Katarina Duich Moyon

Katarina Moyon is the Director of the John C. West Forum on Politics and Policy. She is also Director of the Human Experience course and a senior lecturer in the Department of Political Science and University College. She earned her M.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs and graduate magna cum laude with a B.A. in International Affairs and minor in German from Northern Arizona University. She is interested in electoral code and comparative electoral systems. She worked for the International Foundation for Election Systems assisting developing countries in Eastern Europe organize and conduct democratic elections and also conducted research under a Fulbright Fellowship on the Republic of Croatia's election system. Also, she is interested in examining health policy in the US and abroad based on her work at the World Health Organization, European Division.

Crystal Ayers is the Administrative Specialist for the John C. West Forum on Politics and Policy. Crystal oversees all the administrative functions in the office. She graduated from Jacksonville University.  She has a varied background in Customer Service, Health & Wellness, Nursing and Project Management.

Summersby Okey-Hamrick

Summersby Okey-Hamrick is the Operations Manager of the Social & Behavioral Research Lab.

Summersby graduated from Winthrop in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy & Religious Studies and Political Science. After finishing her BA, Summersby once again attended Winthrop and graduated in May 2015 with a Master of Liberal Arts degree with a concentration in Political and Civic Engagement.
