IMPORTANT Spring 2021 Move-In Information

We are looking forward to your arrival on campus in January.  Please read through the information on this page carefully regarding specific move-in times

Move-In Times:

We hope you are excited to move in! As stated in Residence Life's email to you on December 16, you need to sign up for a move-in appointment. There is a limited capacity per appointment time slot in order to maintain proper social distancing. Please sign up as early as possible so that your preferred time slot is available.

Note: If your preferred time is not available, please be flexible. There are enough time slots available for all students.

It is a fairly simple process – just follow these steps:

  1. On December 16, all residential students will receive an email from Residence Life providing them access to begin their Pre-Check In Process and to sign up for a move-in time and date.

  2. First go to Eaglesnest via Wingspan and select “Residence Hall Pre-Check In Process.” This will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. After you complete it, you will receive a confirmation email to your Winthrop email with the COVID-19 Health Services screening form attached and your check-in appointment date and time for your residence hall. Keep this email and remember to complete the COVID-19 Health Services screening form no sooner than 24 hours prior to your campus arrival. Here are the steps to complete in order below:

For New Students and Continuing Students who Did No Live On Campus During the Fall 2020 Semester

  1. Digitally Sign the Health Screening Acknowledgement and CDC Information Video
  2. Room Key Acknowledgement
  3. E-RCR (Electronic Room Condition Report) Acknowledgment
  4. Emergency Contact Information
  5. Medical Form (This information is kept in the event of a medical emergency in the residence hall.)
  6. Quarantine and Isolation Plan (This information is used in the event you must quarantine or isolate due to COVID-19.)
  7. Schedule your check-in arrival date and time

For Returning Students (Students who lived on campus fall 2020):

  1. Quarantine and Isolation Plan (This information is used in the event you must quarantine or isolate due to COVID-19.)
  2. Schedule your check-in arrival date and time

After you have completed all parts, you will receive the confirmation email “Residence Life Pre-Check-In Confirmation” Email and keep for your records for when you check-in in January. Remember to test and upload your negative COVID-19 test results to the Patient Portal five days before your scheduled arrival and to complete the COVID-19 Health Services screening form no sooner than 24 hours prior to your campus arrival.
