Benefits of the Winthrop B.P.S. Degree

Affordability – We are committed to helping adult students, like you, gain new skills and complete their bachelor’s degree. Winthrop University has been named to Money Magazine’s “Best Colleges” in terms of value. The magazine ranked the colleges and universities on 24 factors in three categories: educational quality, affordability and alumni success.

Personalization – We focus on meeting your individual needs to help you succeed. Allison Brinkley is here to assist you with the application process, enrollment, graduation, and everything else in between.

Flexibility – We know that you are busy and that your time is valuable. So, we designed all of our classes and related activities to fit your schedule. We use a combination of face-to-face evening, hybrid and online classes, allowing you to continue working or pursuing other interests while completing your bachelor’s degree.

Relevance and Value – We developed the B.P.S. degree in close consultation with employers to ensure that you will have the knowledge, skills and abilities to advance your career or begin a new one.

Timely-Degree Completion – We will work hard to maximize your transfer credit and your prior learning. With on-campus, hybrid, and online courses offered year-round, you’ll have the tools to help you complete your degree in the shortest time possible.
