Prospective Freshmen

Welcome to our information page for prospective freshman applicants. We invite you to check out the abundance of information that is available on our Website. You may click here for quick facts on Winthrop or browse through the links below.

As you'll be residing on our campus for four years, you'll want to know if we are "a good fit". One of the best ways to make this assessment is to visit the campus. If you have not visited, we invite you to participate in one of several campus visit options. In addition to taking a tour of the campus, you can meet your admissions counselor and enrolled students, and eat in our dining hall.

Your personal admissions counselor will provide additional information of interest on your major or student activities, and guide you through the application/enrollment process. Contact us here to tell us more about yourself and to request additional information.
